I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason before work begins

You can contact me through Discord, IG, or X which are all listed in the 'Home' page of this site. Response time may vary on my behalf, I currently work from 2:15-6:00 PM (Mon - Thurs) and 12:15 PM-6:00 PM (Fri) central, and have college courses so please allow me enough time to respond.

Until fully paid, I reserve all rights to all custom character designs. If payment fails or falls through then the design will either go up for auction on TH or kept by me.

ID is required for NSFW work and is an additional $10 fee.

Custom characters can be Altered / Gifted / Transferred once purchased but any art done by me must be credited to my accounts.

Commercial rights means usage of Work in subscription or ad-revenue websites, streams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform. Commercial rights are NOT included in anything outside of Character Designs.

Prints, Standees and any other physical merchandise made using my art made for the purpose of selling to a wider audience is prohibited without a separate contract in place.

Additional charges will be required for commercial usage. This can range from a percentage of profits to a flat rate depending on what is being made and sold out of my work

In the case of design work for the definition of the Client's brand identity such as character design, logo design, and more, intellectual property rights of the designs and their likeness are exclusively granted to the Client for use, production and modification purposes, commercial or personal use.

Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; block-chain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

My rates are in USD($) and paid through Cashapp or Kofi ONLY.

You must pay 50% of the Commission upfront before I begins work. The remaining 50% will be paid once the sketch is finalized

For larger orders of $100+, I accept payment plans but still require a down payment of 25% - 50% based on what you can afford to pay at the moment

Down payment must be paid within 7 days or else your commission is cancelled.

My rates may change depending on the Work’s complexity, requirements, or additional requests.

Client may be subject to any of the fees below for reasons indicated.

NSFW fee is for Commissions that are NSFW in nature. ($10 USD)

Additional Revision fee is charged per round for every extra revision the Client requests. ($10 USD per revision)

Client acknowledges the Work and all deliverables itemized in the invoice or in the contract if provided are digital in nature; there is no physical artwork to be received from the Artist.

Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.

Specific restrictions include but are not limited to; Pedophilic or Loli/Shotacon content, Zoophilic content including Feral pornography, ABDL or any diaper based fetish, Depictions of Rape (even consensual non consensual scenes), Abuse and cruelty of animals or children, Heavy mech or armor, and sexual gore

Expectations to the restrictions are on a case by case basis (except Pedophilic, Zoophilic and Diaper Fetish content). Among the exceptions are violence and gore relevant to the Work’s story but not as the main focus; suggestive content (i.e. soft NSFW); and/or controversial subjects written for satire or tragedy.

I do not create Work for the end purpose of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) nor for Artificial Intelligence or Machine learning programs; nor do I offer my services for Work for Hire agreements nor will I sign any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the purpose of the Work.

Turnaround is based on project complexity and detail. Each service has an ESTIMATED turn around time but it cannot be guaranteed that the project will be done exactly by that time. If you require something done by a certain time make sure to voice the deadline so that I can plan accordingly and deliver the product on time.

I will provide progress updates and seek Client feedback voluntarily during Review stages.

Final deliverables (i.e. all items consisting of the full Work as itemized in the invoice and/or contract) are provided by me through either email, Discord, Google Drive, or other trusted file transfer platforms.

If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline I will inform the Client and may alter the deadline depending on severity

The Client acknowledges that the Work is digital in nature and that they will not receive any physical form of the Work from the Artist.

Smaller commissions are allowed two revisions during the work progress, and larger commissions are allowed four

The revision privileges are revoked once all deliverables are sent to the client

Additional charges may apply for additional revisions exceeding the standard number and / or if the Client inquires about revisions after final products have been sent.
